Do I need to enroll?

Yes. Enrolment with eClassroom allows you to track your purchases and check your inventory of talks already completed. 

When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a single user license in your name and with your Registration number. This is required for CPD tracking and validation with your registration authority, such as the Architects Registration Board (ARB).

Should you wish to purchase courses for other individuals or groups within your company please email info@eClassroom.com.au for details of our multi-user licence arrangements.


How much does it cost?

The AUD price (inclusive of GST) for each course is listed in the course detail page of each course.


How do I pay?

You can elect to pay with either a credit card or cheque. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.

Credit card transactions are available in Australian dollars only, using Visa and Mastercard.

All are processed through an Australia payment gateway eWay. If eWay is unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that all other details requested  match your credit card exactly.

Cheque payments to eClassroom.com.au are processed once you have forwarded your cheque with the order and payment details to:

Is there a discount for multiple users within the one firm?

Yes, you can elect to aggregate your CPD and receive a 20% discount.

Simply choose to do the same Courses or Packages at the same time and send us an email highlighting your eligibility for a discount. 

We will process the 20% discount by way of a direct refund to your credit cards.

How do I get started once I have purchased a course?

Once you have purchased a course(s) you will receive  email notification of your order from us and a payment receipt from eWay.

The emailed Order contains the Access Key as a coloured hyperlink labelled as 'Download' on the page. If you purchased multiple courses or a Package, the Order will contain multiple links

Click on the 'download' link and you will immediately log through to your course.

Once purchased, you have up to five views of the course available. These can be access either through the email Order or throigh the 'My Account' section of the website. Course purchases and  availability can be tracked through your account under My Downloadable Products.


I have started, how do I get back into the course?

If you have already started a course but not completed, use the link within the Order notification or "My downloadable Products' to re-enter the course. Then use the contents table on the left-hand side of the screen to return to the section where you left off.


How long have I got to complete the course?

The courses are now available for an unlimited time, but you are restricted to five (5) views. Access and availability can be tracked through the 'My Account' section of the website.


How long are the courses?

The runtime for each course is listed in the course overview.

The majority of the courses are 40 to 50 minutes duration, if run straight through. 

However, you have the opportunity to break this up into smaller time bites, re-joining the course at the point you left off by navigating in the Outline on the right side of the presentation page. You also have the opportunity of replaying the entire course to ensure complete understanding of the target learning objectives. You can access each course five times.


What are your purchase, security & refund policies?

We are unable to accept cash, or credit vouchers.

All payment processes and information is secured and managed by eWay.


Payment and Billing

eClassroom.com.au will accept AUD payments using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. 

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the name you entered matches your credit card exactly.


Security

When purchasing from eClassroom.com.au, credit card details are transmitted through our chosen payment gateway, eWay.  

Credit Card data is not hosted by eClassroom.com.au after processing.


Refunds Policy

eClassroom.com.au guarantees full customer satisfaction.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We may charge a AU$15.00 handling fee for the refund.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from eClassroom.com.au. We cannot exchange course purchases.

If you are requesting a refund, please contact us directly at support@eClassroom.com.au. Provide us with your name, date of purchase, credit card details used in the purchase (card number and expiration date), course name and Order Reference Number for the course, as well as an explanation of the reason for the Refund Request. 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your request. We can only credit the same card used for the original purchase.

In processing your refund, your CPD credit for the course will be cancelled.


What hardware and/or software do I need?

Minimum Computer Hardware/Sound Requirements

A standard multimedia Internet-ready computer is required. This means your computer needs to have speakers and a sound card. Before purchasing a course, you should try listening to the free Demonstration Seminar to verify the readiness of your system.

What Internet connection do I need?

Your PC or Mac needs to be connected to the Internet, through a direct connection via a LAN or Broadband ISP connection. 

The minimum recommended modem connection is 1.5 Mbps

Before you purchase a course, visit the free demonstration seminar and see if you have a satisfactory experience. If not, then try to revisit this seminar at another time, when your connection may work better, or try to visit this site from somewhere that you know has a higher speed ISP service, and see if the experience is acceptable.


When are the courses available and what are your support hours?

eClassroom.com.au courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is a scheduled maintenance window between 1000 and 1600 on Sunday, when services may not be available, if work is being performed.

How are my CPD credit units logged?

The Formal CPD credits for each course are detailed on the course outline pages.  You are responsible for logging these in your CPD log-book.

Once you have completed the course and satisfactorily answered the questionnaire, you will be presented with a Certificate of Completion on your screen. This certificate should be either printed or saved as a screen image for your records, and these details should be retained to substantiate your logbook records.

eClassroom.com.au will also retain records of courses purchased.
