Terms & Conditions of Use

You should read the following Terms and Conditions before using this website. By using this website you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions (the User Agreement):

User Agreement

  1. By accepting these terms, a binding agreement shall arise between you and Stacey Marston Architects Pty Ltd (ABN 45 003 559 091) Trading as "eClassroom.com.au" which shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  2. By accepting these terms you agree to pay the course fee (plus GST if applicable) ("Course Fee") for the course you have selected under this User Agreement ("Course"). Upon receipt of the Course Fee, eClassroom.com.au agrees to supply to you all materials listed by eClassroom.com.au for your Course ("Course Materials");
  3. The supply of this course is exclusively for the nominated user.
  4. Subject to successful completion of all assessments and the Course Fee being paid in full, eClassroom.com.au will issue you with appropriate certification for your Course.
  5. eClassroom.com.au reserves the right to withhold provision of Course Materials in the event that you fail to pay any part of the Course Fee as and when it becomes payable
  6. Irrespective of your progress through the Course, if you fail to pay any instalment by the due date, the total outstanding balance of the Course Fee will become immediately due and payable and you may also be required to pay additional administrative costs.
  7. The content of the Course Materials are subject to copyright and all other intellectual property rights which are comprised in the Cousre Materials, and all other intellectual property rights to the Cousre Materials , remain the property of eClassroom.com.au . You may not reproduce any part of the Course Materials without the prior written consent of eClassroom.com.au.
  8. The duration of your Course is 3 months. In the event that you do not complete the Course within the given timeframe, your Course may be immediately cancelled without refund. If you wish to continue with your Course after the expiry date, an additional fee of $15 will be charged and a maximum extension of three (3) months will be granted. Extensions are subject to availability and eClassroom.com.au retains the right to refuse an extension in its absolute discretion.
  9. If you wish to terminate your studies before the completion of your Course, you must notify eClassroom.com.au in writing via registered post ("Cancellation Request"). A full refund of the Course Fee will only be issued if the Cancellation Request is received by eClassroom.com.au within 7 calendar days of the Invoice Date. We will charge a AU$15 handling fee for the refund.
  10. If you fail to notify eClassroom.com.au of your Cancellation Request within 7 calendar days of the Invoice Date, you will be liable to pay the Course Fee to eClassroom.com.au in full.
  11. If your Course requires you to partake in any external examinations, you are responsible for establishing your own eligibility and making arrangements to attend and pay for the examination.
  12. To enrol online, you must be over 18 years of age.
