When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a single user course in your name and with your Registration Identification number. This is required for CE/CPD tracking and validation.
Should you wish to purchase courses for other individuals or groups within your company please email info@eClassroom.com.au for details of our multi-user licence arrangements.

All are processed through a direct online payment gateway to the clearance bank, and so accuracy of information entry is critical. Once you have purchased a course(s) you will receive prompt email notification of your access. Click on the access link and you will immediately log through to your course.
One purchased, you have 90 days to complete the course, after this time the course link may expire.

The majority of the courses are 40 to 50 minutes duration, if run straight through. However, you have the opportunity to break this up into smaller time bites, re-joining the course at the point you left off by navigating in the Outline on the right side of the presentation page. You also have the opportunity of replaying the entire course to ensure complete understanding of the target learning objectives.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We will charge a AU$15.00 handling fee for the refund.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from eClassroom.com.au. We cannot exchange course purchases.
If you are requesting a refund, please contact us directly at support@eClassroom.com.au. Provide us with your name, date of purchase, credit card details used in the purchase (card number and expiration date), course name and Order Reference Number for the course, as well as an explanation of the reason for the Refund Request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your request. We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
In processing your refund, your CE/CPD credit for the course will be cancelled.

If not, then try to revisit this seminar at another time, when your connection may work better, or try to visit this site from somewhere that you know has a higher speed ISP service, and see if the experience is acceptable.

top ↑The email you receive detailing your course purchase, Tax Invoice and Course access, also contains details for your records of the course ID, course title and the number of CE/CPD credit units you receive when the course is completed. Once you have completed the course and satisfactorily answered the questionnaire,you will have the opportunity to print a Certificate of Completion which should be retained to substantiate your logbook records.
eClassroom.com.au will also retain records of courses purchased.
