Bryan Ahern is an experienced Grade2 Arbitrator, Accredited & ACT Registered Mediator and widely sought consultant in both the theoretical and practical aspects of tenders and contracts. He is a National Councillor and past Chairman of the ACT Chapter of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, member of the Master Builders Association National Contracts Committee and formerly on ACT Peak Council and Standards Australia OB/3 Sub Committee on AS2124/AS4000 suite of General Conditions of Contract.
He provides specialist consultancy services in relation to construction and maintenance contracts in building, engineering and information technology.
In addition to wide experience with construction contracts he has extensive experience in the concept development, specification, documentation, tendering and administration of asset maintenance contracts.
