Tracy Tresidder is an executive coach, lecturer, trainer and facilitator in the areas of Workplace Learning, Leadership Training, Personal Communication, Mentoring and Life Skills. Tracy has a Masters Degree in Education and is currently lecturing in Workplace Learning, Leadership in Leisure Management and Lifespan Development at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also currently coaching senior executives for the Stolmack Group, Australia’s Premier Coaching and Mentoring Organisation
Tracy has completed a Professional Development Certificate in Coaching at the University of Sydney and is a member of the University’s Coaching and Mentoring Association and the International Coach Federation.
Tracy is a skilful trainer and group facilitator, and her particular areas of interest are leadership development, communication effectiveness in the workplace, stress management and work/life balance. She conducts workshops and training for “Coaching Skills for Managers” and “Introducing Mentoring into Your Organisation” Tracy is also currently presenting and facilitating workshops around work life balance and stress management for Health Works Corporate in both the public and private sector.
Tracy is thorough and demands excellence in her own communication, presentation and delivery. Her passion is coaching adults in the areas of business and personal development, interpersonal relationships, communication, life skills and health. Her motivation is helping others realise and fulfill their potential.
